The firm has been founded by Richard de Lange, a male accountant with 16 years of expertise combined in the fields of audit, accounting and tax. He is a vegetarian, and holds fast to healthy eating and drinking habits as being fundamental to being able to service society beneficially.

Richard has completed his Chartered Accountant articles with specialisation in Audit in 2012 and has been registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as a professional accountant in 2017.

Since September 2023 he has been made an offer to work in the Commercial Sector. But whilst new management is engaged, Richard will still continue to direct the Firm as the sole proprietor.
